Nature of service
This website offers scheduled online virtual consultations with Dr. Rajkumar Pandey, Senior Consultant Neurologist (Delhi Medical Council Reg. No. 10364). Consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
Not for emergencies
Teleconsultation is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital.
Appointments & fees
The consultation fee is charged per slot (each slot is 20 minutes); longer consultations are booked as back-to-back slots and charged accordingly. Fees are payable online at the time of booking.
Prescriptions
Any prescription is issued at the doctor's clinical discretion and only within the limits permitted for teleconsultation under applicable guidelines.
