Who we are

This website is operated for Dr. Rajkumar Pandey (Delhi Medical Council Reg. No. 10364) to offer online virtual consultations. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the practice acts as the Data Fiduciary for information you provide here.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to schedule and conduct your consultation: your name, email, phone number, a brief reason for the visit, appointment details, and payment confirmation (handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card or UPI credentials).

How we use it

To confirm and manage your appointment, send your join link and reminders, take payment, keep the medical records the law requires, and — only if you opt in — send occasional health updates. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent (including marketing) at any time by contacting [email protected]. Clinical records are retained for the minimum period required by law.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for care, legal, and accounting obligations.
