Free cancellation

You may cancel your appointment at any time before it begins at no charge. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund timeline

Refunds are initiated promptly after cancellation and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

Missed appointments

If the doctor is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
